Write up positive intentions around pleasure, arousal and orgasm. Repeat them!

Playing On the Stairs
Play with orchestrating your arousal level and developing the ability to turn it up and down at will. Do this by pleasuring yourself, tuning in to your arousal level and consciously raising and lowering it. For example, bring your arousal level to medium, then let it drop back to low. Up to high, back to medium. Up to high, back to medium. Up to really high, back to medium. Up to really high, back to medium. (Go to 9 or 9.5 three times, at least.)
If you’re using the ‘Stair Numbers’: Go up to step 5, then drop back down to 3. Then bring it to 7, then back down to 5. Up to 8, down to 4. Up to 9, down to 5. Up to 9, down to 6. Up to 9.5, down to 7.
Hanging Out at the Edge
After playing on the stairs, go to 9 and see how long you can stay there, at the edge of coming.
Moving Into Enhanced Arousal
- Pelvic Rock: Lay down, with your knees up and feet flat on the floor. Do a gentle pelvic rock. It doesn’t have to be a big thrust. The movement should be relaxed and small. Just let your back flatten down to the floor and then gently arch away. You can let your knees gently open and close.
- Standing Pelvic Curl: Stand centered over your feet, with your knees loose or unlocked. Allow your pelvis to gently rock, pivoting at the hip joint.
- Downward Pelvic Curl: Inhale, thrust your pelvis forward and tucked up. Exhale, let pelvis fall back. Say “Ha” as your pelvis falls back. Do it for 3-6 minutes. Gradually quicken the pace for 2-3 minutes, then slow down for 2-3 minutes.
- Upward Pelvic Curl: Inhale, arch your back, pulling your pelvis back and sticking your butt slightly up. Exhale and drop back down with a “Ho” sound.
- Undulation: Undulate your spine, allowing a movement to start at the base and roll up your entire spine.
Touch Techniques to Shift Localized Hyper-Stimulation Into Full Body Arousal
Buttering: Spread the energy! Use firm rhythmic strokes, moving from areas that are highly stimulated such as the clitoris and genital area, to push the arousal energy out and into less stimulated areas, such as the thighs or belly.
Light Stroking: When you’re in a state of hyper-stimulation of any area (usually your most erogenous ones such as genitals or breasts), use light teasing touch on secondary erogenous areas and sensitive skin anywhere.
Energy Touch: You have an energy body that extends about 3 – 6 inches from the physical edge of your body. Stroke the energy body or hold your hand there. Imagine it. Breathe into it.
Chakras & Full Body Turn-On
Full Chakra Arousal Meditation (Full Body Orgasm Practice)
You can use the image and locations of the Seven Chakras or just use the image of successive areas of your body from the bottom to the top.
Close your eyes or put on a blindfold.
Center with your breath.
Start by activating the imagination. (There is no mind-crime!)
Imagine a current, recent, distance or imaginary scene that involves the hottest sex you’ve ever had or can imagine. Use your senses. Take the time to see the details, feel the textures and temperatures, taste, smell, hear everything. Allow yourself to become absorbed in the scene.
Now, repeat these steps for each of your chakras.
Take the arousal that you’re generating and see it as a ball of pulsing red fiery sexual energy that fires up your root chakra.
Use gradually increasing tempo (slowly getting faster) to increase arousal. Then use crescendo (orgasmic) breathing. Imagine your root chakra filling with heat and light. Feel the movement. Tune in to the pleasure!
Next, bring your awareness to your pelvic bowl and genitalia, (the Sex Chakra). Do the same thing for your second chakra, using imagination, breath, sound, vision and touch to fire up it up.
Repeat with each chakra.
After you’ve turned on and revved up each of the chakras, connect them by imagining the energy flow running up and down the whole central channel.
Close by allowing the energy to come down from a boil to a simmer, slowly calming and quieting the breath. Take your time and bask in the sensations!
Gently return to your non-altered state: wiggle your fingers and toes, stretch and slowly open your eyes.
You may want to journal or share about your experience.
Suggestions: You can also do this practice using your usual hands-on physical stimulation techniques. In other words, play with yourself first, get to medium arousal, then start the practice.
