2) Using Your SexCraft Tools In Your Solo Sex Sessions

- Run some experiments …
- Try using your new tools before arousal.
- Try using your news tools during arousal by adding them to your current arousal practices.
- Experiment with using them at different levels of arousal.
- Use them just before orgasm.
- Use them during orgasm.
- Now add another tool, run a series of experiments and notice what happens. Then use another and so on.
3) Conduct Your Orchestra
Your hands are natural conductors of rhythm and conduits for energy. Utilize their power by orchestrating the movement of your energetic juice. Here are some suggested ways to help your hands make magic:
- Use your hand to focus your attention. Put a hand on the place you want your arousal to go.
- Use your etheric energy field by holding your hand a few inches away from your body over the place where you want your erotic energy to go.
- Add some breaths and imagine you’re breathing through your palm.
- Run your hands from one area of your body to another to move your attention and energy. Try three or four rhythmic strokes. Want more genital excitement and awareness? Rub from your chest to your crotch. If you already have a lot of genital arousal, you can spread the energy to other parts of your body by stroking from your crotch to your heart or down your legs.
- Use your hands to bridge two areas by putting a hand on each to connect them. Try this with your heart and genitalia, or your belly and crotch.
- You can orchestrate energy by moving your hands about 3-10 inches above the surface of your body, as you were stirring and swirling the air around you. Try circling your hands above your pelvis during your next climax and see if that keeps your orgasm rolling longer.

4) Awareness and Attention Practices
Practice awareness by noticing something and then focusing your attention on it. No need to be picky here: you can choose anything. Look at a plant, notice the clouds, pay attention to your breath, tune in to sensations. Focus on household chores like washing dishes or the particulars of an erotic encounter. Just pick something and play with keeping your attention there.
As you proceed through the course of your day, do an occasional awareness check-in. One day, focus on internal awareness. What’s going on in your body-mind as you do this or that activity? What sensations, thoughts and feelings are arising? Another time, practice external awareness and notice what’s happening all around you. If you want to, spend another day playing with flowing from internal to external and back again. See what happens!
In case you’re wondering, yes, this is a form of meditation. You don’t need to sit in a lotus position or chant “Om'” to meditate, though. Once you cut through all the forms and practices, meditation is really very simple. It’s about bringing attention to your awareness. You can do it anytime and anywhere—and the more you do it, the better you get at i.
5) Yin Breath – Wave Breath (relaxing breath)
This slow, relaxing breath is great for getting started in your arousal journey, turning off your thinking brain and tuning into sensual experiences.
- Close your eyes. Lie back.
- Breath with your whole body. (Soften your belly, open the whole chest, use your back.)
- Let your breath flow in and out, slowly. Use a natural breath, with no pause in-between.
- Use this visualization: There’s a circular wave, like a ripple, expanding out from your solar plexus with the inhale. As you exhale, imagine the ripple contracting back to your center point, like a circular wave rolling back in.
6) Yin Breath – Fire Breath (exciting breath)
This fiery, hot, fast breath is a way of pumping up your erotic energy, building sexual tension. Use it to rev yourself up:
- Breathe fast and deep, with a quick but full inhale and exhale. Use your belly!
Sex, like life, is a balancing of the two (excitement and relaxation).
