PRODUCTS
Our Refund Policy
Physical Products. If you’re not satisfied with a physical product such as a book, we will refund your money, no questions asked, if the request for a refund is made within 30 days of your purchase. You must return the physical product (if that is possible) and the product must be in good condition.
Live In-Person Classes. Unless otherwise stated, refunds with a 20% administrative charge will be issued up to two days before the class in question, e.g., a refund less 20% will be issued through Thursday midnight for a Sunday class. Less than two days before the class in question, no refunds will be issued except at the sole discretion of The Center for the Intimate Arts.
Online Classes. Online classes are non-refundable unless technical issues render them impossible to view.
E-Books. E-books are non-refundable.
