FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION
YOU MUST:

    
     1.) Fill out the form BELOW

     2.) Go below that to the list of class options

     3.) CLICK the ADD TO CART Button after the name & price point of your class choices.

     4.) To add more classes, use your browser's BACK button.

     5.) Go through the check-out process.

(Please DO NOT click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form
without choosing your classes and checking out)
