Our Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with a physical product such as a book or a class, we will refund your money, no questions asked, if the request for a refund is made within 30 days of your purchase or the event (whichever comes later). You must return the physical product (if that is possible) and the product must be in good condition.
Online classes are only refundable until the "live" online class begins. After that, there shall be no refunds, except upon the sole discretion of Sheri Winston's Center for the Intimate Arts. This is because once the "live" online class has taken place, registrants receive a link to the podcast which they can access whenever they want. This link, once delivered, literally cannot be returned.
E-books are non-refundable.
